ELLIS Munich has joined the ELIAS Alliance for European Leadership in Innovation with AI & Science, unveiled on November 8th, 2024, during the Falling Walls AI Night in Berlin.

This event introduced eight inaugural ELIAS Nodes, including Amsterdam, Barcelona, Cambridge, Copenhagen, Munich, Potsdam, Tübingen, and Zurich, forming a new network dedicated to advancing AI-driven innovation.

The ELIAS Alliance, led by the University of Trento and building on the foundation of ELLIS, aims to position Europe at the forefront of AI research and sustainable development. By integrating future-focused skills into education and fostering collaboration among academia, startups, and industry, ELIAS drives open science and entrepreneurship to address societal challenges.
