AI Launchpad supports research-driven AI startups ready to scale across Europe. Powered by Rise Europe and backed by ELIAS, the programme connects founders with leading AI startup ecosystems across the continent, providing access to new markets, expert networks, investors, corporate partners, and local ecosystem leaders.

Rather than following a traditional one-size-fits-all accelerator model, AI Launchpad offers a curated cross-border experience tailored to each startup’s market goals and stage of development. Through a centralised application process, selected startups can access a network of ten leading European AI hubs.

What does the programme offer?

Selected startups take part in online onboarding workshops followed by a 1–2 week immersion programme at one of the participating European hubs. The programme is designed to help founders explore new markets, understand local market dynamics and regulatory requirements, build strategic partnerships, connect with entrepreneurs and industry experts, and initiate conversations with potential investors.

For the Fall 2026 season, startups can be nominated to visit one of ten participating hubs across Europe, including XPLORE Venture Creator in Munich, alongside hubs in Vienna, Lyngby, Heilbronn, Zurich, Stockholm, Potsdam, Barcelona, Delft, and Tübingen.
